IntegriDATA EAS Cloud is a hosted version of our EAS software that our investment management clients use to manage the expense allocation process. EAS includes tools for accounts payable, expense allocation, employee time tracking, and vendor management. In providing EAS Cloud, IntegriDATA processes data our clients submit to our services or instruct us to process on their behalf. While IntegriDATA clients decide what data to submit, such data generally includes information about their employees, vendors, and expenses; regarding Personal Information, this typically means non-sensitive Personal Information like an employee’s name, email, title, and department.

Purposes of data processing

IntegriDATA processes data submitted by clients for the purposes of providing IntegriDATA’s services to our clients. To fulfill these purposes, IntegriDATA may access the data to provide the services, to correct and address technical or service problems, to respond to support matters, to provide relevant information regarding its services, to follow instructions of the IntegriDATA client who submitted the data, or in response to contractual requirements.

Third parties that may receive personal data

IntegriDATA uses a limited number of third-party service providers to assist us in providing our services to clients. These third-party providers offer infrastructure hosting services for our software, assist with the transmission and storage of data, and perform infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and other technical operations, or facilitate our support of or communication about our software. These third parties may access, process, or store personal data in the course of providing their services. IntegriDATA maintains contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use and disclosure of personal data.

Your rights to access, to limit use, and to limit disclosure

EU, UK, and Swiss individuals have rights to access personal data about them, and to limit use and disclosure of their personal data. IntegriDATA is committed to respect those rights. Because IntegriDATA personnel have limited ability to access data our clients submit to our services, if you wish to request access, to limit use, or to limit disclosure, please provide the name of the IntegriDATA client who submitted your data to our services. We will refer your request to that client and will support them as needed in responding to your request.
