Senior Business Analyst: Hedge Fund and Private Equity Software Implementation

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing solutions to implement and optimize IntegriDATA software at the world’s leading private equity and hedge funds. Job duties include:

  • Project management support
  • Process analysis and design
  • Data analysis and conversions
  • System configuration
  • Specifications for enhancements and integrations
  • Testing
  • Training

Experience Requirements

  • Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management or related. Coursework in Accounting is a plus
  • 2 to 5 years experience implementing enterprise software applications (accounting systems, hedge fund, or private equity experience is a plus)
  • Prior employment at a consulting firm or software solutions firm is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with strong analytical, and problem solving skills. Must be inquisitive and possess a strong desire to learn
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Individual should be an energetic and creative problem solver
  • Desire to work in small and large business environments that have the need to improve processes, procedures, and controls through redesign and automated solutions
  • Strong data analysis and advanced MS Excel and SQL skills

Business Analyst: Hedge Fund and Private Equity

Job Description

You will assist senior consultants implement and optimize IntegriDATA software at the world’s leading private equity and hedge funds. Job duties include:

  • Participation in project management support functions – aiding in the preparation and maintenance of project definition documents, project plans, and ongoing status reporting
  • Preparation of work plans and other project analyses associated with the project work breakdown structure
  • Work with project managers to identify, analyze and resolve project related issues
  • Assist in a variety of data analysis activities that include data structuring, data collection, and scrubbing
  • Preparation and execution of test plans including documenting and resolving issues
  • Creation and preparation of 3rd party software procedure manuals
  • Support functions for Proprietary Collateral Management System (including, but not limited to):
    • Daily File Capture Monitoring
    • Quality Assurance and Regression Testing (following pre-defined test scripts in Excel)
    • Broker File Review
    • Data Maintenance Updates

Experience Requirements

  • Education – Must be a college graduate with a major in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Information Systems (CIS), or Management of Information Systems (MIS)
  • Availability – Must be able to work at least 5 days a week
  • Strong MS Excel skills is a must and MS Access/MS SQL experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills. Must be inquisitive and possess a strong desire to learn
  • Must be well organized
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Individual should have a high energy level and be a creative thinker in a changing environment
  • Exposure to any Alternative Investment Portfolio Management or Accounting Systems a major plus (e.g. Investran, TNR, Advent, VPM, etc.)

Office Manager

Job Description

The Office Manager role is a full-time position supporting human resources, finance, and general administration at IntegriDATA. You will work directly with the CEO and other department managers.

Responsibilities
Human Resources

  • Manage and facilitate all recruiting operations
  • Onboard new employees and ongoing administration
  • Other (e.g. immigration filings, performance evaluation process, etc.)

Finance

  • Produce regular reporting of revenues, budget and forecasts by product, client and project
  • Administer the monthly client billing process
  • Manage accounts payable process including corporate credit card reconciliation

General Administration

  • Manage consultant timesheet process
  • Assist department managers and CEO with travel plans, calendar coordination, on-site guest visits, etc.
  • Maintain office services (ordering supplies, building requests, etc.)
  • Oversee vendor management

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
  • Up to 2 years work experience or new grads with relevant internship experience

Skills Required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced Excel expertise
  • Ability to identify, analyze and drive internal process improvement changes
